Shipping & Product Information

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on the weight of the product, including packing materials, and the shipping location.
• Order Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched after seasoning, and you will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.
• Delivery Timeframe:
  • All products (except Soapstone) will reach you within 5 to 7 working days.
  • Soapstone products will take 7 to 9 working days for delivery.
• Quality Check & Seasoning: All products are carefully seasoned to perfection and thoroughly inspected before dispatch.
• Handcrafted Products: Since each product is handcrafted, every item is unique and may have slight variations in size and weight.
• Grains, Blow Holes, and Shiny Spots: These are natural characteristics of cast iron products, not defects. They will fade with regular usage.

Returns & Refunds:

• If your product is damaged during transit, we will offer a full refund, provided you report the issue within one week of receiving the product.
• A video of the unboxing process is required to claim a refund or replacement in case of damage during transit.
• Refunds are only applicable for damage incurred during transit.
