Sai Traditionals Return & Replacement Policy
At Sai Traditionals, all our products are handmade by skilled artisans using traditional methods. As a result, minor variations in size, shape, weight, and finish are common. These unique features make each product one-of-a-kind.
Before You Use Our Products: We kindly ask that you thoroughly read the accompanying instruction leaflet before using any of our products. Failure to follow the recommended precautions or care instructions, especially during the initial 10-15 uses for certain items, may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.
Product Review Before Purchase: Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase. Certain fragile items such as cast iron, soapstone, tin, and clay ware are marked as non-returnable on the product page. Please note these restrictions when placing your order, as returns for non-returnable products will not be accepted.
Returns & Replacements:
- Eligibility: Returns and replacements are only applicable if the product is damaged during transit.

Initiating a Return/Replacement:
- Complete the return & replacement form and email us at saitraditionals@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Attach a clear picture of the damaged item and an unboxing video in your email.
- In your email subject, include your order number.
- Specify your preference for a refund, exchange, or credit coupon.
- Clearly mention the reason for your return (e.g., “handle cracked”).
Important Notes:
- Non-returnable Products: We do not offer exchanges for clay or soapstone products due to their delicate nature. These items cannot be exchanged for different sizes, and any damage claims will only be processed for products damaged during transit.
- Response Time: We aim to respond to your complaint within 3-4 working days. Our quality team will review your case and grant authorization for return, subject to their sole discretion.
- Return Claim Deadline: Claims must be initiated using the provided form or email within the specified 3-day window. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for return.
Refund & Exchange Process:
- We strive to process refunds or exchanges within 10-12 working days after receiving the returned item and completing the necessary quality checks.
- Pickup: We will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product at no extra cost to you.
- Refund or Exchange Options: Upon return authorization, we will offer a full refund, exchange the damaged product, or provide a credit coupon for future purchases.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will only be issued as store credit.
Shipping Charges:
- Please note that both onward and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
- The shipping costs for your order may differ from the initial charge due to subsidies provided to our customers. You can choose between a refund or a credit coupon for future purchases.
